The secret is simple. Stay laser focused on the mission and impact that you want to make and everything else will fall into place when it’s supposed to.
Here’s a simple trick I use to ground myself before every speech, every book line, every television show, and every sentence I write, I remind myself: “There is just ONE person who needs to hear what I’m about to say.” When you shrink your focus to impacting the life of ONE person, you’ll stop worrying about the number of followers, downloads, likes, views, or how long things are taking.
The first 42 years of my life I focused on trying to make an income. It wasn’t until I focused on making an impact that everything, including my income, fell into place.
